Personally identifiable information provided to Commonwealth Airways in the normal course of business with our customers, guests, passengers, their pets, children, house plants and any other identified family members (whether by blood, marriage, or simple dumb-luck), will be used EXCLUSIVELY for the efficient, accurate, and timely provision of superior service to each and every passenger.

We WILL NOT knowingly or intentionally provide such data to ANY unauthorized person, company or entity. 

However, we WILL COMPLY with all Administrative and Regulatory (FAA & DOT) or Law Enforcement requests for such data, once we have been properly served under legal authority and jurisdiction by way of a valid and properly executed subpoena. 

Civil Action requests for such personally identifiable information MUST be made by way of a valid and properly executed subpoena directed to the CCA Attorney of Record.

All subpoenas and associated legal actions shall be heard and adjudicated within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or associated Federal District jurisdiction.

All documents and information of a personally identifiable nature shall be preserved and protected as required under Massachusetts and Federal Law.
